CHAPTER IV. SOCIAL INTEGRATION

The basis for action in this chapter notes that the main aim of social integration must be to enable different groups in society to live together in productive and cooperative diversity. Bracketed language deals with: early integration of migrants into society; strengthening the role and the participation of civil society in the design, implementation and evaluation of public policies; and the "excessive" production and "illicit trade of arms/sale of arms that are particularly injurious or have indiscriminate effects."
