HIGHLIGHTS OF SBSTTA-2: THURSDAY, 5 SEPTEMBER 1996

The Plenary met on the morning of the fourth day of the second session of the Subsidiary Body on Scientific, Technical and Technological Advice (SBSTTA-2). Working Groups 1 and 2 convened afternoon sessions to adopt recommendations, and continued deliberations at 9:00 p.m. in evening sessions.
