Delegates had a chance to consult informally with the Chair yesterday to consider some of the proposed changes to the negotiating text. A number of Like-Minded and distant water fishing States participated. The Chair invited delegates to reflect on these proposed changes overnight for further discussion in an informal meeting this morning.
