Delegates heard reports on the Rio Conventions, regional activities and other intersessional events during a morning Plenary. They considered national reporting, the Barbados Programme of Action and the budget during the afternoon. In a parallel session, delegates conducted dialogues with youth and the scientific and technical communities.
