Desiree McGraw is doing her Ph.D. in International Relations and Development Studies at the London School of Economics, where she is working on her dissertation on the Convention on Biological Diversity. Dez has worked on the ENBs for the Social Summit and Biodiversity. She is in training for the London Marathon between Bulletins and research.

Dr. Pamela Chasek is one of the founders of the Earth Negotiations Bulletin. She has recently completed her Ph.D. at Johns Hopkins School of Advanced International Studies (SAIS) and her dissertation on international environmental negotiations will hopefully be published by MIT Press. Mongi Gadhoum is our translator into French and he is often the backbone of support at meetings held away from New York. He lives with his wife, Myriam, in Tunis. His three daughters are all in university in Paris. Mongi has e-mail and we do most of our translating over the Internet. (70K jpeg)

Charlotte de Fontaubert is working on her Ph.D. in Marine Policy at the University of Deleware. Charlotte has been a team member for the Fish Stocks Conference, Habitat, the ICPD and SIDS. She is currently working on for the US Senate Foreign Relations Committee and is in ENB retirement.
