The
fourth session of the UNFF will be held from 3 - 14 May 2004 at the United
Nations in Geneva, Switzerland. Participants in this meeting will discuss
items such as: traditional forest-related knowledge; forest-related scientific
knowledge; social and cultural aspects of forests; monitoring, assessment
and reporting, concepts, terminology and definitions; and criteria and
indicators of sustainable forest management, among others.
