On Thursday, the forty-fifth session of the International Tropical Timber Council (ITTC) entered its fourth day of discussions in Yokohama, Japan. In the morning, Producer and Consumer Groups met in separate caucus meetings, followed by parallel sessions of the Committees on Finance and Administration and on Reforestation and Forest Management. In the afternoon, the Committees on Economic Information and Market Intelligence and Forest Industry met to discuss policy work. Throughout the day, an open-ended contact group met to discuss Biennial Work Programme for 2010-2011.
