IISD RS 2012 Funding Campaign
*Earth Negotiations Bulletin (ENB) 2012 Funding Proposal

IISD publishes the Earth Negotiations Bulletin, providing valuable reports and analysis from UN negotiations on climate change, biodiversity and other key sustainable development and environmental issues. For the past 20 years, IISD has sent teams of experts to key negotiating sessions, and now provides this service from more than 40 meetings each year. The reports create transparency and accountability and are used by an estimated 125,000 policy makers and other stakeholders. Please support IISD with a financial contribution and help guarantee our conference reporting at key meetings during 2012. All inquiries are to be directed to Jennifer@iisd.org

IISD knowledge management blog-style web portals track, synthesize, categorize, and publish timely information on UN and intergovernmental activities addressing climate change, sustainable development, biodiversity and SIDS. These information dissemination mechanisms are an invaluable aid to mainstreaming and integrating strategies, objectives, programs and policy dialogue across the international community, particularly in developing countries. In a recent survey of our climate knowledge management blog, 76% of our CLIMATE-L Daily newsletter readers had recommended or forwarded it to other people and in 2011, our dozen climate experts wrote more than 1000 individual news items related to climate change.
