The list of speakers for the 19^th Special Session of the General Assembly's debate on the overall review and appraisal of the implementation of Agenda 21 is changing constantly, largely due to the schedules of Heads of State and Government. After reaching a high of 72 Heads of State or Government back in May, currently only 53 will have spoken by the end of the week. There are now 198 speakers on the list for the week, including:
