CMSCMS COP10 convened on Wednesday, 23 November in Bergen, Norway. While the working groups made progress on some of the outstanding issues, the CoW, inter alia, recommended listing of the giant manta ray, red-footed falcon, argali mountain sheep, far-eastern curlew and bobolink.

During the morning coffee break, delegates watched a short film, by BirdLife International, calling for action to address threats to migratory birds and encouraging support for the resolution on Improving the Conservation Status of Migratory Landbirds in the African Eurasian Region.
