Participants met in a Working Group to consider issues related to Article 6 (joint implementation). Topics discussed included baseline methodologies, additionality, verification and reporting. Participants also heard a presentation from the US and New Zealand on "Greenhouse Gas Registry: Accounting For Changes in Assigned Amount".
