Highlights for Tuesday, 13 November 2007
On Tuesday, delegates continued line-by-line deliberations on the Summary for Policymakers of the Synthesis Report, completing work on Topic 1 (observed changes in climate and their effects), Topic 2 (causes of change) and moving into Topic 3 (projected climate change and its impacts). Discussions continued until 10:30pm.

The morning plenary session began at 10:00am.
