Today, COP-9 delegates continued to convene in contact and
informal groups, including: the Third Assessment Report of
the Intergovernmental Panel on Climate Change; national communications
from non-Annex I Parties; research and systematic observation;
a draft decision on Annex I national communications; capacity-building;
among others.
